Is there a way to restrict the amount of launchers people can have?

im just wondering if there is a way to restrict the amount of missiles one can have at once
for instance having a maximum of 1 or 2 LRM20 per person as having many of each is laggy?

and restricting with stuff like WUMA only resticts them from the Entities - Others section not the tool spawned ones
