dog round glitch
I'm pretty sure that the dog round glitch only happens when you get hit from the dogs. Haven't seen other people comment this but confirm if you can that this is the problem.

I had the same problem. The "dog" spawed in me and my game just froze for a sec and shut down after.

Just set up VSync and a FPS Limit, as much as the clockspeed of your monitor. Worked for me. (If you don't know the clock speed of your monitor, I'd start with a 60 FPS limit)
