Issue with Alpha And Spirit Spinos
On the Island I am having the issue of these 2 forms of spino just kind of endlessly spawning.

here is an image of what I mean but its worse than this.

I have this also but quetzals and alphas and spirits by the 100's. Was just in here to see if i can fix it.

Spawn rates have been reworked,No longer an endless spawning.
