It should only do 0-20 damage because it's paper. But it gives you more speed, depending on the class it could maybe give you more speed, heavy get's the most speed, scout gets least. Something like that. But on every hit it should activate this "thing" called "Distracted" where it's like when you hit someone with the sandman ball and knock them unconscious but the animation will make the victim act distracted like "OOH MONEY" so then you will be able to get more hits.
