I want the bonus but I don't want it to prevent from making science or magic and visa version that is a pain in the @$#. add in an option wh ere both bonuses are available. and then change it also so that if you are too sane or too crazy then you just don't get the bonus but are not blocked from making crap w/ the proper normal tools.
