it looks like when you have an mod that changes the national focus of a nation it wont show in the list

I see that this mod works for most of 'Kaiserreich' nations but some nations that dont appear until later in the game dont show on the list (EX: Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Combined Syndicates of America, American Union State, New England, ect.). Is it possible to add those to the boostable list?
