a class will be randomly selected to be your target (only classes that are on a team so if there are pyros and engies you wont get any other class but pyros and engies) and you will get garunteed mini crits on you target

-70 damage on non targeted class

Stats:
Does no damage if enemy isn't using a melee weapon
Forces enemy to use melee weapon on hit. Lasts 3 seconds

+50% more damage on hit (Only active after 3 seconds of use), but -50% Speed on player while in use.

i say it should be like back sctracher but mini crits when it hits their head and you swing 20% slower

Maybe it should be like that:
+ Instant kill if the enemy is Death-Marked (Boxing gloves of Urgency, Equalizer, Escape plan etc. effect)
+ Has a longer hitpoint, like the Eyelander, so that you can hit at longer distances.
- -25% normal damage
- No random Crits.

It's "Gloves of running urgently" and the weapon would be a little weak since items that marks you for death usually increases your run speed and make it hard to chase them down and use this on, but also the equalizer gets really strong when you're at low health, allowing you to deal 200+ damage at about <20 health which is not much different from an insta-kill

On Hit: Mark for Death
On Kill: Steal target's remaining health
37% longer melee range
+10% damage vunerabiliy while drawn
-1 health drained per second while drawn
Honorbound: Cannot withdraw until a kill is earned
No random critical hits

-Cannot select primary or secondary
+Immunity to krits of any kind, knockback, and status effects (Mad milk, Jarate)
+35 damage to the player who killed you last
+Nearby enemies are highlighted (Except for cloaked or disguised spies)
+the escape plan stats but reversed (Except for being marked for death)
