Here are my ideas on this poodle

On wear, it equips pyrovision and anyone with pyrovision can see it.
And when spy dies, the balloon pops.

I think it's a good idea however, I don't want another "Pyrovision only" hat as I feel you wouldn't ever see it. The balloon popping idea isn't bad though, and would be a cute little detail. That's just my opinion though! :D

I agree on the poodle popping, but pyrovision only for a spy only cosmetic seems weird to me.
