Mod Readme - Ethics / Factions / Unity
Your homeworld gets +100% ethics attraction, so I added -100% to base ethics attraction to counter that and make factions possible on your homeworld. This will also make them VERY likely on your colonies, especially colonies set up outside your home system by slower than light colony ships.

As you work up the society tech tree and unlock better government techs, the ethics attraction gets added back incrementally. Once you get Colonial Bureaucracy and its +1 core systems modifier, ethics attraction should be back to vanilla. Except that your pops will reconsider their ethics and faction membership much more often.

Nerfed unity production in similar manner as gov ethics attraction. Start with none, recover some unity production with each government or culture tech until you get back to vanilla values at tier 2 techs.

The ethics dynamism and rebelliousness should help with Malevolence's event chains and generally liven things up in your starting systems.

Plan going forward is to develop 5 primitive crisis events, of which any given game will usually encounter 1 or 2. They will strongly align your civilization along one of the ethos axes (ie, if your species has a global war, militarism/pacifism will be very defining for you, etc.). They may also result in the destruction of species, so it will have a Fermi Paradox/Great Filter effect on games as well!

Adjusted factions so that those with opinions about your internal political affairs no longer have to wait until you meet aliens to express them. Pretty much every faction can now form at game start.

You start with at least one pop of each ethic. Neutral ethics will join you, as will the pops of your empire ethics and they'll all form their factions fairly quick, which might be troublesome for those neutral factions. Hostile ethics form hostile nation tile blockers, which have to be cleared via diplomacy or war.
