Found a roundabout way to disable speeders, AT-AT etc.
As far as I understand, an implementation of this things is a bit broken, because from the code point of view they are somehow part animals, part mechanoids. So many mods break their behavior.

But, as the name of this topic suggests, there is a way to disable them.

You will have to use "What the hack" mod:

In this mod settings, there is an option to specify which factions have access to any type of mechanoid. So you will have to go through ALL the factions (including from "Star Wars - Factions", other modded factions, and "Mechanoid" faction too) and disable this nasty types =)

Also, this mod add a lot of other content. If you do not like the changes it makes, you can disable most of them in the settings. Set this values to 0:

And then just ignore research and content that it adds.
This way you will be able to play as if this mod is not there.
