Toxic Lymantria Reduce Spawn

Does anyone know how to reduce or set a maximum for the toxic lymantria? They are great and I don't want to remove them but we do want them to be rare. We are running this on 3 servers and we can't find any on Aberration and they are all over on Ragnarok and Crystal Isles.

We should get rid of them completely. They are totally game breaking. You cant escape them and you taking one down even in a tech suit is almost impossible unless you have the jump on it.
