My server is also running this map among the other almost 200 maps in my rotation. Bots are supported; while they don't provide the best gameplay experience, you can stop by and solo play with and against them.

Nomination is available, so you can nominate Lazarus to be the next map.

Edit: Forgot that the full moon event is currently running, so Lazarus will unfortunately not be in the rotation until that's over (about 16 hours from this edit, 32 hours from the initial post time).

your server actually looks like a good competitive server so I think I'll be joining sometime.I had a question though.what is the actual name of this map?I know it says Lazarus,but im talking about the map name like pl_upward,koth_lakeside,etc...i tried to find something that mightve said koth_lazarus but didnt see anything like that on my Create Server option nor in my download&map files after I downloaded it.I like to do offline practice sometimes whenever I dont have a decent internet connection going and Ive been wanting to try some new fun maps besides Trainsawlazer.lol.anyway,if you could tell me the name of map i'd appreciate it.hope to connect with you guys soon.

You have to manually type "map workshop/922476326" into the console, then bots can be added with tf_bot_add

ohhh ok.manually loading workshop maps is actually new to me.ive downloaded a few workshop maps,but they usually tell you to extract them from a download folder and places the .bsp's in the tf2 map folder.thanks for letting me know though.learn something everyday.
