I have an idea for your mod. You can use the disappearing animation to make like an special hability that the Lio becomes invisible and the enemies ignore you. This can be useful when you are in a battle and you see that you'll lose. The hability can have a cool down, because it's very OP. Hope you like the idea ;)

how about the spinny thing is a teleport?
you use it, and you both reapear somewhere else? for when you are surrounded by Megalodons?

Would it be possible to remove the "magical sparkles" and possibly make it aggressive by default instead of passive? Maybe just as an optional thing?
I know the nexus and various other modding sites allow a mod author to add optional files for download but I'm not sure if the Steam Workshop offers that option.

EXACTLY THIS! PLSS! :D
That's all Liopleurodon needs to be a normal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dinosaur like all the other dinosaurs on the island ... Not a magical dino, I mean ... WTF xD

Well, you could also put torpid animations. To domesticate it with the traditional method. And exchange the honey for fish meat. This would be perfect: P

Actually the devs already have torpid/knockout animations for the Lio. As if the devs initially intended that to be the way to tame it, then they changed it later on.
Animations if you wanted to see them: https://youtu.be/fqyvxz4JX5E?t=43s

Also delete that horrible knob if you can :D

Would you be able to make them breedable? With the newish breeding of water dinos its difficult to make these balanced when compared to something like the basi or plesi if they are fully imprinted. Especially because this thing cant have a saddle.

Could remove the luck buff and magic effect too? Make them feel like animals again :)

ya maybe make a setting to disable the loot crate buff thing or whatever it is?

I don't even know if invisibility would actually be possible

Teleportation is a lot of work in the DevKit, I guess I could borrow the priciples from other modders and their great teleportation mods, but I can already see a big problem: teleporting without glitching / falling through the world or end up getting stuck somewhere

And as an answer to both: I just don't feel that the benefit would be great enough for me to sink so much work into trying to incorporate these skills.

As for all people suggesting a non-magical Liopleurodon: that's something I might think about, but right at the moment there are still so many other projects to work on :)

im asking this because the owner of a server i play on says its too op to permanatly have a dino that always buffs drops. i think it should still do the oxygen buff thing

I'd like to see you make a ridable bat/onyc mod.

I know I was REALLY dissappointed by the Liopleurodon upon release. I know I'm not alone when I say I want the Liopleurodon from the Dossier. A lot of people have been requesting the removal of the magical buff. Maybe maintain the oxygen enhancing abilities it was advertised to have?
