the starter base won't appear

My base appeared like it should, but the chest is locked. Not sure if this is a bug bc of another mod or what? Love the mod though!

I have the whole log of this crash. NOTE: I have over 50 mods installed.
I *know* its a server side mod issue or many memory issue...
Having Client Side mods active and/or spawnrate world changes do not cause it to happen.
But either too many mods or specific mods do...
Odd part was I have loaded up with the most likely mods disabled (those that effect chests or such) and it still happens.
I'm new to DST modding but maybe from the log it is because of the lua that it says are "missing"?
