How to make it work in mod maps?

Mod maps cant found any custom weapon dont know why.

Unfortunately it's not possible to make it work automatically. You would have to edit the map files to include them.

Maybe a sourcemod script to edit weapon spawns?

There might be plugins that can do it available. Look for ones that let you edit mission files at runtime.
