Maybe the most noob question here, but how can you download this?
Do I need to have TS Installed in order to see the download links?
It says "Subscribe to download", but I did so and dont see any download options!

Subscribing should just download the Workshop Content to your copy of TS

TS = TableTop Simulator
Subscribing to something in the Steam Workshop will download it, then it will be available in-game
