1.check if audio recording is checked.
2. hit reset button at the top
3. check if the audio/video source volume is high
4.check if it works on a speaker/ headphone. (few razer headsets are having problem with audio recording)
5.restart steam along with wallpaper engine / restart pc.
6. if it still doesnt work check the wallpaper engine settings for audio recording option!

Have figured out to disable the Nahimic VR program at start now it works but thx for reply
