Put this in your game.ini before you start playing
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Spirit_Spider_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="")
And make sure the mod is first in the list in order for it to work correctly.

and wipe dinos with
cheat destroywilddinos
command
