Minerals and Limestone?

I just activated this mod and it looks AWESOME! However...the cement factories require Minerals and Limestone, but where do I get them? I checked the industries/raw materials list and I don't see them anywhere. Do I need an earlier mod?

Minerals and Limestone appear with Development Stage-3 Iron-Ore Mine and Quarry, respectivly. I spotted them in the discription when going though the build Industry selection
