I'm not sure if this mod already does this or not, but since the lobotimized pawns can only do cleaning, hauling, & mining, it would be good if the pawn automatically got a boost to mining once lobotimized. And any pawns that had mining disabled would have it re-enabled. I seem to always capture prisoners with really low mining skills, so it's not really worth it to lobotimize them if they can barely break a rock anyways.

if i do make that mod it might take a month until i get it started since i dont have a computer that i can use to mod in my free time right now but if its not implemented ill try to get it started
