You would want to place the nest spawner to spawn nests from wyverns on your map, if you dont have any on the map then the wyvern spawner will spawn wyverns.

You can change the settings in the spawner to spawn whatever levels you want, Hold E on the Spawner.

No, just Simple Spawners can do that. You can run both mods if you want nests to spawn randomly below the wyverns on the map that simple spawners spawns, otherwise the Simple Spawners nests have to be placed manually.
