It should work like the mannrobics taunt. Idle is him just flipping the patties in a loop, mouse1 makes him flip one high up, mouse2 does something. :3

Mouse 2-Lights grill pours gas ontop and lights it causing a fire lasting for three seconds before it goes out and he puts new patties on.

I think mouse 2 will make him drop the patty and then pick it back up and clean it off a bit then put it back on the grill or just make the patty go to flames and then he puts it out
