Why is it solely a Pyro taunt?

This is an awesome taunt (truly I love it), but I'd love to see it for other classes, notably the Heavy.

Similar, that is. The part where the pyros interact with each other I'm sure isn't included with the Heavy version of it.

I think it fits best with pyro but yes seeing it all-class or multi-class (multi-class being multiple classes not all of them) would be cool.
