Ingots + Unique Resource Spawn Codes
I'm not sure if this mod is being updated anymore, but for those of you who need to spawn in parts for some of the items (we loaded this on our RP server today along with the map it came with, and it's been fantastic despite it's age/not being updated) here are some of the main things you'll need for crafting:

Gold Ingot

Silver Ingot
