Pretty much title. Per-hour budget line managing would be best. I play with Rush Hour it really would help a lot. TLM-R is not what I expected I enjoy more IPT2. If you could only add enable/disable line, so I could create like 2 same lines, one with regular transport and one when rush hour happens so I can disable one and enable other one and vice-versa.
