Hey, got the same issue. Disabling Improved Public Transport 2 is the only way to resolve it for now unfortunately

It is still unfixed. My bloody intercity buses looks school buses that chosen by mod. Annoying.

Same here, my choice of what bus to use is being over ridden by a RBG, Random Bus Generator for some reason.

Yep, getting the exact same issue. Seems like the author just doesn't want to fix this so we get this issue for a whole year.

This issue is resolvable. You need to make sure that you have set the vehicle you want on BOTH the Public Transport Lines - Overview screen (under 'Model'), AND on the individual line view you get when clicking the magnifying glass (under "Select Types").

It's a pain in the ass, but it fixes the problem.

Yeah this definitely works.
Pause when you set up a new line.
Select Type
Highlight the type(s) you want.
Select Type (to save the type[s] you want)
Add vehicle as your demands need.

You can disable "Budget control" and then via "Select Types" add/queue the ones you want.

And remove the types you don't want via "Remove Vehicle".

Just make sure you DO NOT enable "Budget control" again.

Still a minor issue. When I shift-click to "enqueue" a certain model (on a line with multiple models selected), it briefly shows up in the queue but often is replaced by a random choice of the selected models. So, if I have buses A, B and C on a line, and I decide to add bus D, even when I specifically shift-click to add D, I will get an A, B or C more often than not. If I repeat this sequence, I will eventually get the bus D that I wanted, but it takes multiple tries.

Hi, wanted to try this out but on the mentioned overview screen I see the word "Model" but none of the lines has an entry there anymore and it's just empty. I have seen before that this was not empty and I was able to see the bus type there - so i guess one of the current patches or the mod is still having an issues there.

When on the individual line, I can select different bus types but it will not spawn them... they get enqueued but then nothing happens anymore. Biofuel bus/vanilla bus types still work though, they get spawned.

Any idea what to do now?
