Bus Route is broken when I upgrade Road types

When I load save and play a while (more than 20 min I think) and I re-build some road or upgrade road type where the bus route go through, the bus route is broken(cannot connect) ,both new route and existing route. I already check about possibility that caused by other mod - when I turn off only IPT2 situation not happened.

Cannot connnect? I just wait a couple minute and it's just connect itself. You may need to have some patience. Also a couple pictures would help to be a major problem that force you to create the bus route again.
