It's currently 03:24 in game, and my 2 bus lines are still operating at full capacity despite there being like 2 passengers at night.
Using real time mod as well as some Harmony and road/node mods, some anarchy mods.

Have set both routes to Daytime only, and tried deselecting budget control for number of buses. I can only manually add or remove buses, which I don't want to do every 12 in game hours.
