Should be a weapon taunt
It's not really something that should be paid for if its just a couple seconds and a simple taunt.
Just saying.

The taunt is really well animated and it would be a shame not to use it, so they could probably make it a unique weapon taunt with a special effect. Would be good use for a really great idea for a taunt.

could be a medigun replacement that could instead of healing people, revive people if you hit their corpse with it

form my understanding the Model for the Zappers (or whatever they're called) were actually a Melee Weapon that was on the Workshop but due to it not getting added for a long time they seem to Turn it into a Taunt Item. (which actually got added btw) Context is everything if you want to know this type of stuff
