It is impossible to persuade prisoners to join me while using storyteller minimurgle,but it is possible to do so if i switch to other storyteller(without switch difficulty).That is a bug,or a feature of increasing difficulty?

While my mod should be conflict free, is it possible that this problem is stemming from another mod? Because I just tested this and while the difficulty for recruiting the prisoners was higher it, was far from impossible. It could also be that you've reached the set population limit. I currently have it identical to Cassandra.
