how Super-Saiyan would actually work.
I'm going to skip the introduction part, and going already on what matter manipulates. (getit?)
No idea if you're still updating this mod, but i'm gonna assume you still do, so here goes.

There are two options for a working SSJ Form. One of them would be a Tech that turns your character completely Yellow, a la Beaming-Up animation sequence (Where your Character is completely blue); except with a SSJ-Styled hair to it.

Or, the SSJ Forms could be just Racial Helmets. You know, each race has their own helmet and all that? Well, SSJ Forms could be Helmets/Wigs with an extra Rage-Boost AND Glow-Effect attached to it.
For example, Tier-2 Helmet - SSJ 1, Tier-3 Helmet - SSJ2, the list goes on.

Since you really can't make a Tech that changes the Player's appearance/hairstyle (it really is not included in the coding), Might as well pick one of the options above, or try another way that you think would work better.

I've been really busy with school lately so uploading has... basicly stopped. I haven't forgoten about the mod and have been thinking of alternative routes to super saiyan. Helmets or techs would be the logical thing for me to do in this instance, but I don't want to hinder the players in any way from the way you can normaly play Starbound. Granted this will buff Saiyans over other races until I can get some kind of unleashed potential, it will allow the player to keep the armor and techs they use. Kind of a weird way to think about it, but SSj should be as far away from the player's inventory as possible, not a permanant installment. After all, you can't possibly sustain SSj 3 for more than an hour, much less for as long as the player wears a helmet.

Also; Kaio-Ken could be a Fast Sprint that deals damage to anything it makes contact (insertpunchhere), since it's the purpose of the Kaio-Ken. With 200 Energy, you could maintain it for, what, 25 Seconds?

I wasn't thinking a tech, I was thinking first it would be an augment(because no one uses those), then when I figure out the coding better I would make the buff key activated, and have some kind of sub-menu for all the transformations and ki blasts.

I'm a terrible artist, and I'd like helpwiththat, but right now I'm stuck on the coding side of things, and no time to spare. So if you wanted to make(or find) some sprite sheets for me they likely wouldn't get used for a very long time (probably not until summer break).

No problem'o, atleast the content will already be there for use when you are ready.

Well the super sayan could be a type transformation tightens the C and transform being made the upgrades of transformations in a special tab type to improve the matter manipulator then each race could have an own that gave the transformations and in addition of being so could to be unlocked with the person who gives the techs

I fixed and finished the augment, its now usable. Working on adding it to the crafting bench then I will do SSJ 2 and SSJ 3 augments. I may also do the Kaio-Ken augment like someone suggested.

SSJ, SSJ2, SSJ3, SSJ God, and SSJ Blue are all completed. I simplified the lua a little also. SSJ forms will increase health slightly, energy slightly, defense slightly, and power a little more than the rest. First form increases the stats by 1.2 for the first three and 1.3 for power. Slowly increases per rank of SSJ until all stats are roughly doubled with SSJ Blue.
