[Bug] Empty permanent camps

If I leave an animal in a temporary camp, the camp will never go away. I currently have two empty camps and it's slightly annoying.

I also had a problem with camps that cant be deleted but i had everyone leave and it still wouldnt delete. Its aggravating.

I have a camp that I can't delete and now all my colonist caravans are unable to move. Great mod
