At The begining I Dont Have any of the tools to unlock the drop server to continue the quest's

I removed the proxy from that server. You can finish the mission now!
You do need to make a new save tho.

Same problem here. we only start with SSHCrack, and the drop server only has FTP and bittorrent ports.

I get to Project Arsenic and I have scanned every FBI network and gotten into the authentication link-through server for InterPOL, but nothing happens from there. Am I doing something wrong?

I stuck at the InterPOL mission. I added all 3 IPs to the whitelist. The Game saied "session saved" and the Missions board get cleared. But notting happend on the chat.

That InterPOL mission is the end of the game. The game was finished very unexpectedly because of the #HackerJAM. So you have finished DedSecOS :)
