We need a set of ash williams cosmetics to go along with it although scout might make the most sense as he already has a double barreled shotgun

Maybe, but the engineer would make most sense in terms of strapping a chainsaw to your wrist. the "boomstick" could replace the engineer's shotgun, prehaps having a wider spread due to the double barrels and shorter stock but doing less damage to compensate
