Reviving a Colonist with Bionics

Whenever I revive someone, they lose all their bionics, is there a way to fix this? (The Bionics are from EPOE)

I've got RBSE (?) and Glitter Tech and I've got the same issiue. Regular bionics are easy to craft but Glitter Tech bionics are very expensive. So it'll be nice to fix this problem.
