How do you access that phone? I know what you're talking about and know how to find the answer, but I forgot how you access that phone. Help plz.

You've undoubtably figured it out or given up all together at this point, but for everyone else who got stuck at this point too:
The D nodes that pull up the RAM bar on the left of the screen all have eos devices synced to them, one of which has a text log in which the admin password to node D-9 is mentioned (for the password look at the box below this one).

(Passwords are case-sensitive, the capitals matter!)

This is gone over in the base game and the Labrynths extention a couple times so if you go back and play the game again you'll get the generic eos device password pretty quickly in.
