Anyone know what city the unusual place image in the extension files is? i think its a secret challenge but i have no clue what city it is XP

did some digging, its in the cheasapeake bay in north america.

spot 1 center is
36 deg 48'4"N
76 deg 18'11" W
farm/industrial spot
spot 2 is smack on Streeter Creek
spot 3 is in a highway ramp
spot 4 on the Edwards Wilson Center
seems to be a school
