Harmless, just stumbled upon it, there seem to be some typos in your yml-file:

[18:17:36][localization_reader.cpp:223]: Expected quotation mark (") at end of line 161 in localisation/gwens_complex_stuff_l_english.yml
[18:17:36][localization_reader.cpp:151]: Expected colon(:) at line 162 and column 7 in localisation/gwens_complex_stuff_l_english.yml
[18:17:36][localization_reader.cpp:223]: Expected quotation mark (") at end of line 179 in localisation/gwens_complex_stuff_l_english.yml
[18:17:36][localization_reader.cpp:151]: Expected colon(:) at line 180 and column 7 in localisation/gwens_complex_stuff_l_english.yml

also noticed my localization folder in my laws and virtues mod as misplaced. no one ever told me it wasn't working. not sure how it got misplaced before upload. also fixed the one with this mod. thank you.

Minor issue is that all the new civics have no gfx icons for them.

I'm still looking to hire an artist to do icons for all of my mods. Can't really do anything about it until I get one I can afford on my limited budget.

Ah no worries, I understand. In the mean time you could use placeholder ones for the vanilla ones.

So I noticed that Those who remain does not actually set the population to 1, I still had the standard population for a starting planet.
