First hit should have a jarate like effect on nearby enemies and they take mini-crits,but it has 30% slower deploy time

I think it should be so the deploy is little bit long but if you hit a burning player it explodes and damages and lighting everything around it on fire but it also damages the user and mabye teammates

it would be cool if it had maybe a 1/4 chance of exploding on hit and then have near by fire damage on both teams, but it does a heavty amount of damage to the pyro.
