Why? Its Scoliosis (not Skulliosis)... which is a medical condition in which a person's spine has a sideways curve. The clip/spine on the gun has a sideway curve too so the name is perfekt.

Well that's the point of the name , to be associated with the curve of the spine , but on the skull.
