Report a translation problem
This can happen on some weapons that aren't part of HL2. Some weapons can cause t-poses because it's code doesn't have a proper sequence for the model to preform it. Bugging the NPC out and cause it to stand up and crouch down every second. The models are merged onto the npc. I used npc_citizen in order to make the friendly version which contains its own animations, and the model that doesn't have animations is just merged onto the npc. So It's not the model's fault for the animation errors.
