This isn't much of a mechanical bug I am posting here, but more of a mind-bug, in both senses. (That it bugs me personally, and that it seems like a typing error.)
Nothing serious, so you could put this to the bottom of priority, but regardless;

In the first mission after joining Breachers United, you're told to upload RomanTech's software into the bin folder of the drop service server. If you do this and reply to the mission, it tells you the mission is incomplete. If you upload the software then instead to the /Uploads folder, the main upload area, and then reply, the mission is completed. I suggest correcting this e-mail to avoid initial confusion for players. Or if your intentions are to have it be in /bin, then fix the goal flag.

I've corrected the small typing error and pushed the fix to the extension now, thanks once again.

Found something and it's kinda weird (or just me messing things up. forgive me I don't play hacknet much and not too often either) but in first mission after I got EosScan.exe and scanned entry server I found an entry phone and it says that I need to open 3 ports to get in and problem is, only 2 are present plus one is some eos thing with number 3659 (or something) and I don't have a tool for it. (or don't know how to hack it.)

If it's not possible to hack then you have to find another way in, some hint about another access point, a password written down somewhere. There's always some way to get through, you just have to find it.
