when I got up to the southside encryption relay, I saw that it had port 1433 open. At this point I don't have an SQL port breaker and in the email that Crazy sent me he said If i run into trouble send him the IP. I tried doing that but it just came up with Mission Incomplete and there isnt anything new other than the DECHead on the asset server. Is this the end of the demo or is this a bug? Or am I just missing something?

Thanks for telling us, the relay was supposed to have SQL but you shouldn't have needed to crack it. We've lowered the ports needed for hack to 4 so you should be able to get into the relay now.

If there are any more issues with the questline you're on please let us know.

I got the You Passed email and the password for the asset server is blockout by the screen wall, i even broke into hexmail and typed in the password for the asset serv. accessgranted and it still denied me, fix byswappping the xserver to something wihe the node view thats not to the right?

The issue should be rectified. We changed the asset stash password a while ago but never changed it in the mission email. Somehow just clicking the link would give you the right password when it shouldn't have so we didn't notice the problem.

Either way the bug should be fixed now, use the new password 'rosered'.

Hey! I hace this bug where assets aren't being uploaded to my Asset Server. But I have found that I could just copy the file and put it inside a file in my machine, but that is dangerous, I am also using mac. Can you please fix this problem?

(Edit: It was only for the ph4nt3sm mission)

Sorry for the late reply, my dev partner should have replied but forgot. (-_-) Did you start the Ph4nt4sm questline by replying to the You Passed emial? If you did that's a bug, just complete the side mission Script Kiddie on the IRC and it should fix the bug.

Now, experienced as I am, I have a Shell on my PC and immediately triggered the Trap, shooting their attack down, but now I can't continue the Questline - Naturally, I can't access the Ex0dus node without login credentials - and there's nothing new on the Hub, Asset Server, Email Inbox, etc.

EDIT: ...or have I reached the end of the demo already? I have 35 Nodes so far, the description speaks of 36, and I used scan and eosDeviceScan on everything... I think...

EDIT 2: nvm, found the 36th Node... guess I actually reached the end already, then... maybe include some sort of message, signalling the end of the demo, should you avert the Ex0dus attack?

You have reached the end of the demo for our extension. The attack would have initiated a confrontation with Ex0dus, then led to an ETAS sequence and trigger the thanks for playing email. Most people ignore the trap function so we assumed the ending would be acceptable for the demo.

Funny, I reached the exact same point as Vvac did and did the exact same thing. I really enjoyed the demo, and look forward to the full release. Keep up the good work!

Exodus attack also had me stomped... i had no idea it was the end.. i got the failsafe.. then did a reboot.. everything fine again, but mission failed on reply to crz.. a thanks for playing msg would be nice there instead :D i actually came her to check for a bug :P

Yeah the ending was rushed and a temporary solution during the JAM. There is an ending message but it's triggered by the attack itself (terrible design I know). Eventually I'll come up with a better solution because of the trouble but for now it's something we have to deal with. Thanks for playing the extension! =D

Hello from the future. Don't know if you're still in development of this extension, but I thought I'd let you know. Instead of "completing" the blacklist mission on the Hub, I replied to Back to Work e-mail. It triggered the Z10N sequence, but I got stuck since, I think, something got not triggered. Will create a new save, since I enjoyed playing and I want to see the ending!)

UPD. Speedran to the same point, completing the mission on the hub this time around. And what would you think?

UPD. Also, upon logging into the "corrupt" account, I just went through to the end of the storyline and completed that mission on the hub.

Even if replying to an email shouldn't trigger the next sequence - this was otherwise really great. Thank you very much and good luck on further development! :)

If you mean the script kiddie mission, First connect to the IP the contract gives you. Then, hack it, go to filesystem, go to home, delete the script for NetworkBreaker, delete logs and all that, then scan the network. Go to the new IP, hack it, go to filesystem, home, and delete the backup. Then go to the asset server for Crymz0n, get the NetworkBuster script and upload the script to toadsniper's DDosScript file. Then just press complete on the mission and you're done. It's sort of hard to explain, sorry if my explanation was a little hard to follow
