Disabling AI Voices

EDIT: Latest version 3.3 has a module to disable the DSAI and radio. Just drop them on the map and configure the module.
As well, AI Voices no longer play over Arsenal and Zeus meaning that you only really need to do this if you generally don't want to hear these voices or you are donig a non-Vietnam scenario ;)

Latest version 3.3 has a module to disable the DSAI and radio, no need to muck around with code lines just drop them on the map and should work

The voices are gone on our server in zeus, arsenal and when you're dead.
And when we're walking close to the Vc or Nva soldiers we can hear them speak, that's AWESOME guys!!!
