Im totally confused, i was playing on the chest, i had lots of damage and hearts (i had 12 red hearts) and a 1-up (the one from isaac) and then i suddenly died, y randomly got 6 hearts of damage and then another 6 heart hit and then i died, when i respawned, like 30 seconds after i died again, anybody knows what happened?

On the 4 golden chests i've got bobby bombs, and after that, crazy diamond repaired 2 super wrath bosses, also i noticed that crazy diamond punched a mega troll bomb, is it a reference to sheer heart attack or its a bug? im super confused
