SO BASICALLY NO THESE DO NOT REPLACE EXISTING RAPTORS, THEY ARE ADDITIONAL CREATURES.

and for those who STILL don't believe and think that it replaces, check the LAST picture, it clearly shows ArkVanilla and JP3 raptors
