Crafting Component Id's?

total modding n00b here in need of some help

Hi everybody. I am new here and I would like to create a series of arms for this mod. More specifically, I'd like to create rifles held with both hands, so I would need to create a two-handed arm item that occupies both slots. Is it possible/is there some kind of tutorial around?
