The game crashes with this mod.
Even when the other mods are turned off. Disabling this mod restores the game. I'm dropping the save link for debugging.

Also in this game session, the game constantly crashed at the end of wars and attempts at submission, maybe you will also find this error.

Vassal interaction is a known bug and the author of the mod is out of town. If you use this patch then it should fix the issues around vassalization.
