Tie in the spy mechanic with the mystics
In the mod there are advisors who are mystics. At this time they serve little purpose beyond just being some sort of Easter egg. I think they would do well within the new spy mechanics, where we could literally apply the mystics to debuff or buff other countries.
Thoughts?
