How and where to learn to read in v8.2???
returned to this game after a long time but can't find a way to learn to read....not even in citadel

Never even known that you can't read. Why would you want to use up money to learn and to buy books?

A lot of the books available increase stats.or skills once read. and some give skill increases while in your inventory. You can learn to read by going to a sept
